Triethylcitrate is a non-toxic plasticizer and is widely used in plasticizers for cellulose resins and vinyl resins. As a leavening agent in food, it can provide high foaming performance of baked foods and improve the looseness state. It is an antioxidant to stabilize soybean oil, salad oil, margarine, shortening and other oils used. It can be used as a flavor enhancer to increase flavor in soft drinks, cold drinks, candy, and baked foods, and is also used as an integrator and carrier solvent. Especially suitable for ink coatings, non-toxic PVC granulation, pharmaceutical industry, children's soft toys, medical medicines, flavor and fragrance, cosmetic manufacturing and other industries.
