3. Product Uses:
DETDA is a very effective polyurethane elastomer chain extender, especially suitable for RIM (reaction injection molding) and SPUA (sprayed polyurea elastomer); it can also be used as an aromatic diamine curing agent for polyurethane elastomers and epoxy resins, used for casting, coatings, RIM and adhesives, and is also a chain extender for polyurethane and polyurea elastomers.
DETDA is a sterically hindered aromatic diamine. The sterically hindered action of ethyl and methyl makes its activity much lower than toluene diamine (TDA). Its reaction rate with polyurethane prepolymers is several times faster than DMTDA and about 30 times faster than MOCA. It is mainly used in RIM polyurethane system and sprayed polyurethane (urea) elastomer coating system. It has the advantages of fast reaction speed, short demolding time, high initial strength, hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance of products. In addition, this product can also be used as an antioxidant for elastomers, lubricants and industrial greases, as well as chemical synthesis intermediates.

The packaging is 1000KG/IBC barrel, 200KG iron barrel or ISOTANK (international standard container). Special packaging can be used according to customer requirements.
