    • Overview and Features
    1. Sinovac heavy oil cold production air foam dispersing and reducing agent SDKX-6669 (hereinafter referred to as SDKX-6669) is composed of supramolecular structure, zwitterionic and non-dual ion composite. Their branch chains have different types of strong polar groups. The heavy oil is rich in colloids, asphaltene, has a complex structure with a polycyclic aromatic nucleus and a branched alkyl group. It contains a large number of oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfur atoms, which form hydrogen bonds with each other with hydroxyl, ester, amino, carboxyl, thiol and other groups, creating a great cohesion force, causing multiple colloids and asphaltene molecules to form sheet-like and three-dimensional bulk accumulations, thus showing a high viscosity of crude oil. After adding oil-soluble viscosity reducers, the oil-soluble viscosity reducers will be interspersed between the colloids and asphaltene molecules of the heavy oil. The strong polar groups of the oil-soluble viscosity reducer interact with the polar groups of the heavy oil to form new hydrogen bonds. Relatively destroying the hydrogen bond between the original thick oil molecules, weakening the cohesion, and the colloid and asphaltene cannot form or form smaller accumulations, thereby reducing the viscosity of crude oil.

    5. Packaging and storage: This product is packaged in plastic barrels or iron pipes. The net content per barrel is agreed upon according to user requirements. The net content tolerance complies with JJF 1070-2005. The packaging barrel should be firm and free of leakage, and other packaging methods can also be adopted according to user requirements.
    Store in a ventilated and dry warehouse. It is prohibited to be placed near a heat source for a long time, and the storage period is 20 months.
