It is suitable for polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride copolymer, polystyrene and synthetic rubber and other resins. It can endow products with good low-temperature flexibility and light resistance, and the products have better hand feeling. It is mostly used with DOP, DBP and other main plasticizers and used in cold-resistant agricultural films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable coatings, artificial leather, plates, outdoor water pipes, etc. When used for plastisol, the paste has low initial viscosity and good viscosity stability. The United States, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands and other countries have approved this product to be used in food packaging materials.

Various resins such as copolymer, ethyl cellulose and synthetic rubber. It is especially suitable for making a variety of synthetic rubber low-temperature plasticizers, and has no effect on rubber vulcanization.

Product uses and performance:

Dibutyl sebacate is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, slightly soluble in water, soluble in ether, ethanol, benzene and toluene. Can be used for food contact packaging materials, cold-resistant auxiliary plasticizer. It is compatible with most resins and synthetic rubbers, and can be used as the main plasticizer. The product is non-toxic and can be used for packaging materials in contact with food. The product feels good. This product is used as a plasticizer for many synthetic rubbers, which can make the products have excellent low temperature performance and oil resistance. The main disadvantage of this product is that it has large volatilization loss and is easily extracted by water, soapy water and detergent solutions, so it is often used in combination with phthalate plasticizers.
