The degradable steering temporary plugging agent for oil (gas) production is a series of special products for oil and gas production developed by special polymers and a variety of natural materials through a special process. This product is mixed with other treatment agents and driven into the oil field well. Under certain temperature conditions, the higher permeability zone will be temporarily blocked during acidification or acid fracturing to ensure uniform acid distribution in the target layer; it will gradually degrade into a carboxylic acid after 4-6 hours. The carboxylic acid reacts with downhole calcium and magnesium ions to further increase the permeability of the reservoir, expand the oil drainage area, and increase the oil recovery rate. Finally, this product degrades into carbon dioxide and water under a certain temperature and humidity, which is safe and environmentally friendly. At present, this product has been applied in the exploitation of oil and gas fields in China, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, and is well received by users.
two. Performance characteristics
The special degradable steering temporary plugging technology for oil (gas) production is developed and synthesized a new type of polymer, which starts to soften and become glassy when heated to 60°C, and gradually melts at high temperature to become a pseudoplastic viscous fluid. The plant fiber particles and the stratum are intertwined into an adhesive body to realize profile control and channeling. It begins to degrade gradually within a certain temperature and time to produce water and carbon dioxide, which does not pollute the formation and facilitates oil and gas exploitation. This product is a special polymer, degradable, non-toxic, no residue, no pollution; it has good compatibility with other treatment agents.
