Gasoline antiknock agent

1. Increase gasoline octane number. Add 1/10000 MMT to gasoline, and the manganese content does not exceed 18mg/L, which can increase gasoline octane number by 2 to 3 units.

2. Improve vehicle power and reduce fuel consumption. The engine rack test of the Energy Utilization Monitoring Center of the Automobile Transportation Industry of the Ministry of Transport shows that the engine power performance of 90# unleaded gasoline with MMT is improved compared with 90# unleaded gasoline without MMT. And fuel consumption is reduced. 

3. Good compatibility with MTBE and ethanol and other oxygen-containing components. MMT, MTBE and ethanol have good adductivity in improving octane number, which provides convenience for the production of high-grade gasoline. It can meet the higher octane number, and can avoid the excessive decrease in vehicle power performance caused by excessive use of MTBE, and can meet the national standard of "oxygen content not greater than 2.7%".

4. Reduce the emission of pollutants in automobile exhaust. Compared with 90# unleaded gasoline with MMT, the CO in engine exhaust is reduced by 17.7% and HC by 18.2%. 

5. It can improve the catalytic converter of automobile exhaust. Phosphorus is recognized as a catalyst toxin. When MMT burns, it can remove phosphorus and reduce the deposits on the catalyst. Therefore, the use of MMT fuel can extend the life of the catalyst and keep the catalyst high Conversion rate, thereby converting harmful gases more effectively and reducing pollutant emissions.

Slurry Inhibitor

1. It has a good dispersion effect on the inherent insoluble suspended matter of the oil slurry itself (such as fine catalyst powder, which accounts for about 50% of the fouling composition), and prevents its agglomeration and sedimentation.

2. Chemical reaction scale inhibition. The polymerization reaction of scale formation achieves the effect of terminating the chain increasing reaction by forming inert molecules (ie saturated free radicals). By passivating the tube wall of the slurry heat exchanger, the corrosion resistance of the metal surface is enhanced. 3. It can prevent scale and remove scale. Within the normal operating temperature range at the bottom of the fractionation tower, it can effectively inhibit the formation of fouling and the adhesion of precipitates, without any adverse effects on the distribution of catalytic cracking reaction products, and can maintain the long-term stable operation of the slurry system equipment and pipelines.
